At Shop Geocaching, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your apparel or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the barcode is clearly visible for a smooth transit process.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
